Hammerstein Lodge has been operating since the early nineties. It has made a name for itself as a landmark in the central south of Namibia. Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Meals are had in a massive old eating hall, where the meals are hot and hearty, the bear is ice cold, and the sharing of travel stories are plenty. 

Patrons can choose between self-catering, or full board and lodging. Hammerstein Lodge can accommodate large groups, but is also perfect as a budget, family friendly accommodation to use as a base for exploring the Sossusvlei area of Namibia for self-drives and smaller groups.
